HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE
Overlook Hospice and Palliative Services has helped provide relief for Massachusetts families for over a decade. From counseling on emotions and bereavement to support for pain management and integrated therapies to ease stress, we’ll work with you and your family to make this passage easier.
Our interdisciplinary team includes a physician to assure quality patient care and symptom management, and who will act as a resource for attending physicians. A registered nurse will work with patients and caregivers, leading and supervising the team. A social worker will provide counseling, therapy, and community resource planning, and grief counseling during and after the illness. Spiritual care can be provided in your chosen faith. And carefully-trained and committed volunteers will be there to provide respite, companionship and assistance.
